CORE has partnered with petroleum underground storage tank owners/operators in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Underground Storage Tank Indemnification (USTIF) Board to provide Pay for Performance and fixed-price remediation services.
These services are performed under a contract which includes:
- a fixed price
- a fixed time limit for achieving the desired environmental goals
- cleanup goals specified in terms of contamination levels and product thickness
- criteria for system start-up and contamination reduction milestone payments
