Matt Ford, LRS

GM, Remediation and Due Diligence Division – Mr. Ford currently manages CORE’s southern West Virginia office in Lewisburg, West Virginia, as well as the General Manager of CORE’s Remediation and Due Diligence Division.   He is a WV Licensed Remediation Specialist (LRS) with project level management, risk assessment, and field experience working under the WV Voluntary Remediation and Redevelopment Program (VRRP), Uniform Environmental Covenant Act (UECA) program, and Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST) program.  Mr. Ford has worked with federal, state, municipal, and private-sector clients in West Virginia and the surrounding states.  He has extensive plan development experience including Site-Safety and Health, Quality Control, Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) and Stormwater Pollution Prevention (SWPPP).  Mr. Ford has a MS in Environmental Science from Marshall University and a BS in Biology from West Virginia University. He is also a WVDEP-licensed Class B UST Worker.

Jeff S. Holmes, PE

Mr. Holmes is a Professional Engineer and is responsible for managing environmental contamination assessment projects, discharge permitting projects (NPDES, stormwater and POTW), development and preparation of various types of pollution prevention plans involving oil and petroleum products and wastes as well as hazardous substances.  Mr. Holmes also participates in and manages site characterization studies.  His duties include planning and implementation of projects, coordination with clients, state regulators and subcontractors, interpretation of data, and preparation of reports.

Ken Pasterak, PG, LRS

Mr. Pasterak delivers environmental assessment, remediation and due diligence services to commercial, industrial, and real estate sectors.  He performs risk assessment and fate and transport analysis. He is experienced in the design, implementation and optimization of remediation solutions relying on biological, chemical and physical technologies.
