Compliance Management

Are you in compliance with all safety and environmental regulations?

Compliance-ManagementCORE can help assure that everything is operating within the standards and guidelines of regulatory agencies, such as EPA, OSHA, DOT, USCG, PADEP, WVDEP, POTW by performing on –site facility inspections as well as property assessments.

We can identify problem areas so that you can address potential issues BEFORE they become critical and/or expensive.

If and when a company doesn’t operate within environmental regulations, either during normal business, or in the event of an emergency – everyone pays.  It can be a huge economic impact, as well as a public and environmental; in many cases lasting years.

To reduce those impacts and costs, CORE can offer you environmental monitoring, sampling, permit preparation (NPDES, Air Permits, DEP GPs, etc.), reporting services, plan development (Spill Plans, EERPs, ICPs, etc.), environmental compliance audits, and much more.

CORE’s environmental consultants can perform Phase I and II assessments on any property or facility to determine whether there are areas of potential concern or liability, as well as sampling and surveying of potentially contaminated areas where needed.
